Tripartite Connect 2026 is an event that brings SME leaders together to redefine success through safe, healthy, fair and progressive business practices jointly organised by TAFEP and the WSH Council, under Tripartite Alliance Limited.
When organisations have proper people and safety practices in place, trust is built, employees are more willing to speak up, resolve concerns constructively and stay engaged. That trust contributes to stronger retention, productivity and resilience. Tripartite Connect 2026 examines how these practices, when implemented well, lead to good trust outcomes and why that matters for business performance.

Running a small or medium enterprise means making constant trade-offs between people, cost, growth and risk. A great deal of tripartite support already exists to help, but it is often fragmented across different agencies and platforms, making it hard for busy business owners to navigate. Tripartite Connect closes that gap. It is a single, trusted network that connects SMEs to practical resources, expert advice and meaningful relationships all geared towards building workplaces that are safe, progressive and harmonious.
Incorporated in March 2016, Tripartite Alliance Limited is jointly established and owned by Singapore’s tripartite partners: the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). TAL comprises three agencies: Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM), Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), and the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council.
The Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) is a tripartite initiative established by MOM, NTUC and SNEF to advance fair, responsible and progressive employment practices in Singapore. As an agency of TAL, TAFEP supports employers through advisory services, resources and programmes that foster inclusive and progressive workplaces, while providing guidance to individuals on workplace discrimination and harassment matters. Through its initiatives and partnerships, TAFEP promotes workplaces where employees are respected, valued and able to realise their full potential.
The WSH Council is a statutory body under the Ministry of Manpower, supported by Tripartite Alliance Limited. It works closely with industry, unions, professionals, trade associations and government agencies to raise WSH standards in Singapore: building industry capabalities through programmes such as bizSAFE and Total WSH, promoting safety and health at work, and upholding industry standards through Codes of Practice and WSH Guidelines.
