Mr Alan Goh

Chief Executive Officer of CPG Facilities Management (CPG FM)
Mr Alan Goh is the Chief Executive Officer of CPG Facilities Management (CPG FM), the facilities management arm of the CPG Corporation group of companies.

Having joined CPG Corporation in 2004 in Human Resources, Alan has built a career spanning people management, corporate services, business operations and facilities management leadership, before assuming the role of CEO of CPG FM in 2022.

With more than two decades of experience, he is a strong advocate of people-centred leadership and believes that sustainable business performance is built on trust, fair and progressive employment practices, workplace safety and strong partnerships between management, employees and industry stakeholders. Under his leadership, CPG FM continues to invest in workforce development, leadership renewal and organisational transformation.

In 2026, Alan was conferred the NTUC May Day Awards Medal of Commendation for his contributions to workforce development and labour-management partnership. He also serves on the boards of CPG Consultants, PM Link and CPG FM.

Mr Tan Fang Qun

Mr Tan Fang Qun is currently the General Manager of the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP). TAFEP promotes the adoption of fair, responsible and progressive employment practices. Prior to this appointment, he was the Director of Employment Standards Enforcement at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), overseeing the investigations into contraventions of legislative employment requirements and unprogressive employment practices. Over the course of his career in MOM, Fang Qun has been involved in strengthening workplace practices and leading responses to significant incidents and crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr Melvin Yong

Mr Melvin Yong is Assistant Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress and Director of its Care Division. He is also Executive Secretary of the Built Environment and Urban Trades Employees’ Union and an Adviser to several unions. Mr Yong is an elected Member of Parliament for the Radin Mas Single Member Constituency and chairs the Tanjong Pagar Town Council.

He is a strong advocate for workplace safety and health, and serves as a member on the Singapore WSH Council and the Multi-Agency WSH Taskforce. Mr Yong is also President of the Consumers Association of Singapore, and serves as a Board Director of the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre and the Housing and Development Board.

Mrs Sarah Tham (IHRP-SP)

Mrs Sarah Tham is the Director of Finance and Human Resources at DLE M&E Pte Ltd, where she leads the organisation’s people strategy and workforce initiatives within the Built Environment sector. She focuses on building fair, inclusive and supportive workplace practices that strengthen trust, foster employee engagement, and support the integration of local and foreign workforce.

Sarah has led initiatives across employee engagement, grievance handling, digital HR practices and workplace safety culture, contributing to DLE’s recognition as a progressive employer. The company is a recipient of the Tripartite Alliance Award for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (2023, 2025), the SkillsFuture Employer Award (Gold) in 2024, and received Special Mention for Workforce Transformation under the BCA Company of the Year Award in 2024. She was also recognised with the Tripartite Alliance Award – Leadership Award for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices in 2023.

Mr Aslam Sardar

Mr Aslam Sardar is the Chief Executive Officer at Institute for Human Resource Professionals. He has over 20 years of corporate, start-up and NGO experience, leading and managing teams to drive change and transformation. He has worked in various roles such as business development, process improvement, and commercial performance monitoring and reporting in the IT, supply chain and adult education sectors. Aslam co-chaired a sub-group of the Tripartite Workgroup on Tripartite Guidelines for Flexible Work Arrangements Requests. He is a member of the Human Capital Action Committee (HCAC) in Singapore Business Federation (SBF). Aslam has recently been appointed as the member of NTUC Education and Training Fund (NETF) Board and is a member of the Management & Organization Department (MNO) Advisory Panel for NUS Business School. He sits on the Board of Tasek Academy and Social Services and chairs its HR Committee. Aslam is also an active community volunteer.

Aslam was presented the Public Service Medal during National Day in 2016. He received the Partner of Labour Movement award at the NTUC May Day Awards 2026.

Mr Gabriel Aw

Mr Gabriel Aw is the Director of Planning and Corporate Development at RySense Ltd., a Singapore-based research organisation supported by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. As a member of the Executive Committee, he leads corporate strategy, governance, people and organisational development, finance, digital and cybersecurity, legal, strategic communications, and corporate services, driving initiatives that strengthen organisational resilience, accountability, and performance.

With over two decades of leadership experience across the Singapore public sector, healthcare and private industry, Gabriel has led large-scale transformation initiatives, established robust governance frameworks, and guided organisations through periods of strategic change. He is particularly passionate about fostering workplaces built on fairness, transparency, and trust, where sound governance is complemented by strong organisational culture, employee engagement, and leadership accountability. His previous leadership appointments include Woodlands Hospital, Fraser & Neave, and the Singapore Economic Development Board, where he was involved in national economic development and international investment promotion.

An SID-accredited Board Director, Gabriel brings a practical perspective on how organisations can achieve sustainable transformation by integrating good governance, people-centred leadership, and a steadfast commitment to creating equitable and high-performing workplaces.

Ms Lilian Tan

Ms Lilian Tan is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Mediacorp, Singapore’s national media network. In this role, she leads the organisation’s people strategy, shaping how talent, culture, and leadership come together to support Mediacorp’s transformation in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

With almost 30 years of global experience, Ms Tan has built an outstanding career across multiple industries, including aviation, real estate, telecommunications, and professional services. She has held senior leadership positions such as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at City Developments Limited and Chief Human Capital Officer at SATS Ltd, where she played a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation and strengthening leadership capabilities.

Known for her people-first and purpose-driven approach, Ms Tan has been a strong advocate for building resilient organisations and future-ready workforces. She believes deeply in the power of continuous learning, adaptability, and meaningful work, values in driving organisational success.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Ms Tan has also contributed actively to the wider community through advisory and board roles, reflecting her commitment to developing people and giving back to society.

Ms Charis Cheng

Ms Charis Cheng is a senior human capital leader with over 25 years of experience across the aviation, industrial, and energy sectors in the Asia Pacific region. She is currently Acting Chief Human Capital Officer at SATS Ltd., where she leads strategic people initiatives, workforce transformation, and talent development to support the company’s multimarket operations and growth agenda. Prior to joining SATS in 2023, Charis held senior regional leadership roles at Johnson Controls, serving as Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific, where she partnered closely with business leaders to deliver organisational effectiveness, talent strategies, and large-scale HR transformation across diverse markets. Earlier in her career, Charis spent more than 15 years with Shell, progressing through a range of global, regional and local HR leadership roles. These included Global Head of Learning for Integrated Gas and Upstream Joint Ventures, VP HR, Learning & Organisational Effectiveness, and Head of HR for major refining and petrochemical sites in Singapore. Charis also serves as a member of the Human Capital Action Committee (HCAC) with the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and on the Business & Services Academic Advisory Committee with the Institute of Technical Education (ITE).

Mr Benjamin Lee

Benjamin works closely with clients, partners, and operations teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently in active airport environments. His experience in managing infrastructure and maintenance works helps ensure high standards of safety, quality, and service while building strong and lasting working relationships.

Mr Bernard Menon

Mr Bernard Menon is the Director of NTUC SME Partners, a Labour Movement initiative that supports Singapore’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in their business needs. In this role, he supports the growth of SMEs and the well-being of SME workers by working with SME employers to strengthen workplace practices, drive workforce transformation, and enhance SME worker outcomes through initiatives such as the People Champions Programme (PCP).

Mr Bernard Menon was the Director of NTUC PME from February 2023 to December 2025 and led the Migrant Workers Segment from 2009 to 2023, significantly enhancing the welfare of migrant workers. He is also a board member of JTC Corporation, contributing his expertise to community development.
